I got sober September 30, 1988 at the age of 41 when I was first sent to treatment by my employer. I have also worked in the field of addiction for more than 20 years; opening and running a woman’s recovery home.
I showed The Days of Wine and Roses as part of education many times over the years; accurate, poignant, and deeply moving.
